This past week, we completed New Teacher Orientation (NTO). This experience included many typical trainings for new school personnel, but then there was more. We got to experience a large flea market for automobiles that gathers every Sunday called the “Car Bazaar”. This confirmed that anything imported has a high cost in Kenya.
However, our car was repaired! Praise God. It has also been a blessing to have devotions as a group each morning. We even got into a great conversation with a local craftsman about Oholiab in Exodus 31. Jeremy is already running with the challenge of all of his teammates being on campus and needing his direct input and approval.

Praise:
- Cooking at home
- Car is running
- Wonderful co-workers helping us every step of the way
Prayers:
- Wisdom in connecting with parents and families
- Finding additional sources of funding for the school to help with a few capital improvement projects
- Continued grace as we prepare for the arrival of our students on August 5th.
